Livonia, Wayne CountyMarketing Built for Livonia's Homeowners, Clinics and Industry
Livonia grew almost all at once. The city went from under 18,000 residents in 1950 to more than 110,000 by 1970, and much of the housing from that boom, brick ranches and bungalows with full basements, is still standing. Today roughly 95,000 people live inside its 36 square miles (2020 Census), and the median age sits above 45. That mix creates steady, repeat demand for roofers, plumbers, HVAC techs, remodelers, dentists, physical therapists and anyone else who keeps an established household running.
It is also one of the region's working cities. Livonia reports about 4,000 businesses, and the stretch from Plymouth Road north to I-96 forms a six-square-mile industrial corridor with tens of millions of square feet of industrial space. Ford, Roush, ZF, Amazon, UPS and Trinity Health all have large footprints here, alongside Schoolcraft College and Madonna University. Many of the companies on that corridor sell to other businesses, and their buyers research suppliers online long before they pick up the phone.
There is no single downtown. Instead, Livonia's commerce is spread across a mile-road grid: Laurel Park Place at Six Mile and Newburgh, Livonia Marketplace at Seven Mile and Middlebelt, Wonderland Village on Plymouth Road, and dozens of strip centers on Five Mile, Merriman and Farmington Road. Customers here rarely browse a main street. They type a service and the word near me into Google, compare the map results and reviews, and call whoever looks most trustworthy. A weak profile or an outdated website quietly sends that call to the shop down the road.
That is where XPN fits. We help Livonia businesses show up in those map results, run Google Ads that reach people ready to book, and build websites and video that make a strong first impression on a skeptical, well-informed customer. Our Dearborn office is a short trip up the Southfield Freeway and I-96, so filming on location at your shop, clinic or plant is easy to arrange.
