Most people in Metro Detroit check Facebook or Instagram every day. That doesn't mean they're ready to buy from you. Good Meta ads catch people before they start searching: the homeowner who notices a water stain on the ceiling, the family thinking about a new dinner spot this weekend, the person who's been meaning to book a skin consultation.
XPN Marketing plans, designs, launches and manages Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for local businesses. Every campaign is built around one result you care about, whether that's more inquiries, more bookings or more sales. We handle the strategy, the creative, the tracking and the testing, and we report on cost per lead and lead quality, not likes.

We start by agreeing on the goal and the offer. "Run some ads" isn't a strategy. "Get 20 estimate requests a month from homeowners in western Wayne County" is closer. We look at what you sell, who buys it, what it's worth to you and what your competitors are running.
Meta's targeting has changed a lot over the past few years. Broad audiences with strong creative often beat narrow interest stacks now. We plan audiences around location, customer lists, website visitors, video viewers and lookalikes, then let the data show what works.
The ad itself does most of the targeting work on Meta today. We design the graphics, write the copy, and produce video when it fits the campaign. You get creative made for each placement:
We set up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API where it applies, plus tracking for forms, calls and bookings. Without clean tracking, Meta's algorithm optimizes for the wrong thing and your reports can't be trusted.
We test one thing at a time: hooks, offers, images versus video, short versus long copy. Ad fatigue is real on Meta, especially in a local market where the same people see your ads again and again. Fresh creative on a schedule keeps costs from creeping up.
We shift budget toward the ads and audiences that bring in good leads, pause what doesn't, and watch frequency so people aren't seeing the same ad ten times a week.
We learn your business, your customers, your margins and your sales process. We ask how leads are handled after they come in, because a great lead that waits two days for a callback is usually a lost lead.
We build the offer, the ads and the place people land. That might be a Meta instant lead form, a landing page or a booking page. The path is simple: offer, then landing page or lead form, then conversion.
We set up campaigns, tracking and audiences, then launch with enough budget to learn quickly. The first few weeks are about gathering data, not judging the account on day three.
Each month we review results, refresh creative, test new angles and send you a snapshot of performance: spend, leads, cost per lead, lead quality and what we're testing next.
There are two separate costs with Meta ads:
We don't list a fixed management price because the work varies. A single campaign for one location needs less than a multi-location business running several offers with fresh video every month. During planning, we recommend a starting ad budget based on your goal, your market and what a lead is worth to you, and we explain the fee before anything starts.
If your budget is too small to get useful data, we'll tell you. Sometimes it makes more sense to start with Google Ads, where people are already searching, and add Meta later.
Meta ads work well when you have something visual to show, an offer people can act on, or a service people don't search for until something prompts them. Some examples:
Meta ads are a harder fit for services people only look for in an emergency. Someone with a burst pipe searches Google; they don't scroll Instagram. In those cases we'll usually point you to search ads first.
Local Meta campaigns live or die on details that national agencies tend to miss.
We're based at 3200 Greenfield Rd #300 in Dearborn and work with businesses across Detroit, Dearborn, Southfield, Sterling Heights and the rest of Michigan.
Our case studies page shows screenshots from 15 live client accounts. To be clear, those are Google Ads accounts, not Meta. We publish them because they show how we manage paid media, and we'd rather show real screenshots than invent numbers for this page.
Across those accounts: 9,500+ tracked conversions, a best return on ad spend of 738%, and a lowest cost per conversion of $3.32. One emergency home services account booked 1,059 jobs in 90 days at under $25 a lead.
The method behind those results carries over to Meta:
